Today’s pizza, made in the manner described here.

Add some red bell peppers, shredded mozzarella, provolone and Reggio parmigano:

    • Thanks! Tastes even better than it looks. I think it would benefit some if I shaped it a bit smaller or used more dough, so that the slices had better structure. I think I will shape smaller first because I don’t want to add the calories if I can avoid it.
